Ken Wisnefski is an experienced web entrepreneur. Prior to launching WebiMax, Ken owned and operated VendorSeek.com, a popular business to business portal that connected business consumers to pre-approved vendors in over 200 business based categories. Ken’s experience in the online industry is quite extensive and he developed his skills as he grew VendorSeek from a basement start-up to a $5 million a year, 40 person company. Upon the sale of VendorSeek, Ken wanted to create a company that truly partnered with its clients to help them achieve optimal online visibility that could allow them to achieve the exposure your website can provide.
Ken Wisnefski is the Founder/CEO of WebiMax and unlike other Founders/CEOs , Ken is very involved with the business and deals with all of the clients directly. His insight within WebiMax is the key point as to why many clients choose to work with WebiMax.
WebiMax is a full service online firm. We specialize in Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Management, Landing Page Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Media Placement, Content Development/PR Services, Web Development and Custom Database Solutions.
What differentiates WebiMax from other firms is the fact that we have worked on the other side of the equation and were burned by less than reputable SEO firms and we developed our core process “the hard way”. Ken took a lot of “bumps and bruises” along the way in developing his skills as a premier online marketer and wasted a large amount of time and money on unsuccessful campaigns and advertising sources. Through this process, Ken was able to develop a foundation of what really works in online marketing and passes this knowledge along to his clients. WebiMax also focuses on the overall effect of your online presence and ties that in to how that process can provide you with a substantial “Return on Investment”. Having been on both sides of the equation, WebiMax treats their clients the way they would have wanted to be treated.
The success of WebiMax is something that has been in the making for 10 years since the inception on VendorSeek. Through this time, Ken Wisnefski has developed a reputation as trusted and reputable online professional. Once WebiMax was launched, companies sought Ken out to work with them to help them achieve the sort of success they desire for their companies. WebiMax lives by the motto that we are only as good as the results we get our clients and we let our track record of success, speak for itself.
When choosing an online marketing firm, the most important question someone can ask a potential vendor is “Once I sign on with you, what steps will your company take to ensure that I will gain visibility that will result in more business for my company”. Lots of SEO firms work on “semantics” of guarantees of first page rankings…most of the time for terms that are 4-5 keywords long and not frequently searched. You want to work with a reputable firm that can drive traffic but also help you convert that traffic in to a quantifiable return on investment.
The largest “myth” that exists in SEO is that some SEO firms have relationships with Google or Yahoo that allows them to get their clients better rankings….which is completely ridiculous. The other large “myth” is that many of these company also present themselves as “magicians” that are privy to some sort of secret society that only a few select people can be part of and that they have the “magic” to get your company good rankings and no one else can. Obviously, not true.
WebiMax continues to develop their skills by constantly staying abreast of changes within the industry and we also support a network of our own websites which we operate as “testing” platforms to experiment with different strategies and techniques we may wish to put in place for our clients. We feel that by doing this, no client is ever exposed to being the “guinea pig” for a new process. We test new technology, new strategies and new process on our network of sites and we roll these out to our clients once we have a proof of concept.
The future of the industry is that I can potentially see more search engines attempting to monetize “organic” traffic much the way Yahoo has with the Yahoo Search Submit Pro program. While the AdWords process will remain strong, at some point, I do envision that “free” or “organic” placement will become a thing of the past and that several different advertising options will mainstream the first page of results. When this will happen, no one can be sure of…but it is a solid bet that this process can drive revenue and when profits of Google etc slow down, it seems to be a feasible concept to drive more revenue quickly.
In the next 5 years, I envision WebiMax will continue to establish itself as “THE” premier provider of online marketing based services. I am very passionate about the growth of our company and I feel that despite the growth of the online market vertical, it is still a very untapped marketplace. I look forward to already developing movement of traditional media budgets trending over towards online media. My thought is the next five years will be a very positive process as our economy recovers and we move forward to a boom in online marketing!
