Biography:
In addition to managing TEAMWRKX Construction and Development's operations in India, Vagish leads TEAM's 25 employees and development Group, which develops technology solutions unique to the online networks, social networking, construction industry, including Website, E-solutions, E goverance, Web portals, online safety systems, SEO, SEM, process management systems for general contractors and process design/employee flow design and creating marketing and software systems for facilities, Real Estate, Colleges, Schools, Restaurants, Social networking, optimization services for hi-tech and construction applications. Vagish Kapila also is a founding partner at NexSentio which grew from $60K to $1.5MM in 2 years.
As a key member of Vistage (the largest CEO group), Vagish built a Social Network for Vistage Inc. Prior to joining TEAMWRKX, Vagish co-founded Vencera Professional Services, where he achieved profitability in six months despite a recessionary business environment. Previously, as a Director/Manager at Daxera, Inc., Vagish was responsible for product integration, relationship management and partnership building. Vagish has also worked as an engineering and project manager with Cisco, Synopsys and NASA funded enterprises. He earned an IEEE Professional Services Award, holds two provisional joint patents in security and wireless systems, and is a frequent speaker and consultant. Vagish is certified in Six Sigma and Homeland Security, holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San José State University and has a Master's from the University of Santa Clara in Engineering Management.
An ex-professional swimmer, sports player and member of a few philanthropic and non-profit societies, Mr. Kapila has a strong belief in giving back to the society. Currently Mr. Kapila is writing a book on “Startup Formulae For Success”.
