Ethics Violations

Code of Ethics

The topseos.com EthicsViolations code of ethics has been created to provide a standard for companies and individuals to follow that focuses on ethical behaviors.

1. I will not intentionally charge customers for non-delivered services or products.
We believe that agencies or software developers should deliver promised services for funds received. A continuous pattern of complaints on any entity deemed as not providing services after having collected funds will result in a violation.
2. I will not intentionally set false expectations for my services or products.
Our industry has a rap for agencies that set false expectations, make guarantees, promise a pipe dream, knowing well that certain results are not feasible to achieve. By providing false expectations to customers to get them in the door, a company can not only ruin their credibility but can ruin the projects of their clients and cause them problems. A continuous verifiable pattern of this type of behavior will result in a violation.
3. I will not intentionally provide customers with information that is false, libelous, or otherwise inaccurate.
By giving customers inaccurate reports or information, an agency or a tool can give the wrong impression. Solution providers need to provide accurate information to their clients at all times. Patterns of such activities will result in a violation.
4. I will not intentionally demean, threaten, incite violence, or be hateful to another individual, service provider, competitor, client, or any other entity.
Companies that deman, threaten, incite violence, or are simply hateful of their competitors, partners, or any other entity will not be endured. Such activities towards others will simply not be tolerated. Often times, the entity initiating a controvery online is simply trying to push their agenda at the cost of another. This type of behavior will result in a violation.
5. I will not intentionally make false allegations of my competitors.
Any patterns viewed or reported of such behavior will result in being placed on our violations list.
