Violation Levels
The topseos.com EthicsViolations service lists companies who have displayed an egregious pattern of behaviors that are considered to be unethical to or within the internet marketing industry.
- Violator has been listed for less than 30 days and has been recently identified.
- Violator has been listed for between 30 and 60 days. May or may not express interest in changing practices to rectify listing.
- Violator has been listed for between 60 and 90 days. May or may not express interest in changing practices to rectify listing.
- Violator has been listed for between 90 and 120 days. Does not seem likely to be interested in changing practices to rectify listing.
- Violator has been listed for 120 or more days and has not changed practices or the practice is simply irrevocable. Proceed with extreme caution if absolutely necessary.
