We was using iContact for over 1 year and then all of a sudden they wanted to charge us an additional 1,200$ a month just so somebody could tell us how to send emails even though we had been sending professional emails for our period we was with them. We could not afford this ridiculous charge each month so had to find someone else which take alot of effort. Seems once your a client they treat you however they wish, Stay away
