Manage the annual business plan for operations & achieve the P&L targets derived from the Business Goals
1. Develop and manage internet marketing strategies to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met

1.Setting up & driving interactive agency business in India – Search, Display
2.Manage the existing agency business – Search & Display (India & Intl)
3.Acclimatize with the International markets that we operate in currently – Operation Delivery, Customer Service & Marketing Communication.
4.Identify new revenue streams within the digital marketing business space to grow our product portfolio - MOBILE, SOCIAL MEDIA & VIRAL MARKETING
5.Design & develop an integrated solution for Media planning & strategy
Business Strategy
1. Develop strategies, tactics and a service portfolio that are aligned with company strategies
2. Support the development of business unit strategy and identify business/product opportunities and risks
3. Work closely in cross-functional teams to support business unit projects and strategic alliance efforts
4. Overall market analysis and specific financial analysis of potential strategic options
5. Manage competitive intelligence and industry research projects
