Mindshark is currently recruiting a talented Sales Manager to join our company in Markham, Ontario, Canada
WHO YOU ARE:
- min. 2 years Sales Management or Business Management experience
- self starter and outgoing personality
- love to network and assist clients in improving their businesses
- highly motivated and competitive
- hunter attitude and ability to cold approach potential clients
- must be mobile to visit clients when required
- must be proficient in general computer applications and email
- knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, PPC, and Social Marketing is a plus but not required
- YOU maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times
- YOU are able to manage, motivate and train sales reps in a positive and effective manner
- YOU are ready to kick-start your career as a Mindshark Marketing Sales Manager!
The position will entail:
- Consulting with clients over phone and in person
- Closing sales on phone and in person
- Maintain high level of service offerings knowledge
- Managing of all North American Sales Consultants through direct communication, monitoring, training and use of our CRM system
- Providing reporting to management
- Striving to achieve company wide sales goals
- Managing the Lead to order process ( fully automated ) of all reps
- Holding weekly updates and conference calls with all reps.
- Recruiting, interviewing, additional Sales consultants, as well as terminating non-performing consultants
Compensation:
Base + incentive structure // based on experience level
