Job Description – Lead Research Analyst
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Secondary research to get target market database and conduct research on existing database to obtain targeted database, leads, and qualify leads
- Primary research to get and connect with partners and customers to understand their interest in the taxation space
- Own the lead targets for Sales team through individual , group and external lead generation agencies
- Get market feedback and obstacles and suggest alternates
- Help in getting data related to competitive company and product analysis
- Qualify and prescreen leads, enter in CRM and pass to Sales team (on his own or with the help of the junior research analyst
- Develop marketing scripts and campaigns, advertisements and support in proposals as required
- Develop / Publish case studies, templates, customer appreciation letters, newsletters and interpret customer purchasing statistics and share with customers, partners and connects
- Develop / publish articles, whitepapers, blogs and publish in order to increase the market awareness and business
- Help in content for press meets, events, product launches and writing for press releases
- Use tools for Marketing research to achieve and identify the markets to target and focus
Skills and Educational Requirements
- Graduate ( preferably BCom) with course on taxation) with MBA ( optional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of various marketing tools like SPSS, Search Engine Optimization ( SEO) marketing, social media ( like Linkedin, Facebook, blogs, etc)
- Prior experience in lead generation through tele-calling, participation in events or other means
- Member of various associations and groups, and participate in events
- Experience in building networks with C-level executives like CFOs, CEOs, IT Heads, Tax heads
- Minimum Graduate (preferably with Commerce Background and Taxation knowledge) with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with similar experience with competition – ERP companies, Collabera, or similar tax companies a plus
- Knowledge and experience in Indian markets
