Digital Project Manager (online marketing)

Our clients include many of North America’s top agribusiness leaders. And right now, we need a full-time Digital Project Manager for our Calgary office.?
The Project Manager is a new position that will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of our digital projects are done on time and on budget.  The Project Manager will work as the liaison between our account teams and the digital team.  The primary responsibilities include identifying team members for digital projects, managing timelines, budgets, and support testing/QA and analytics efforts.
The Project Manager is familiar with a wide variety of digital functions including Website design/development, online media, social media and SEO/?SEM, as well as traditional media including voice, video and mobile.
To become an AdFarmer, the ideal candidate will have:
-  A bachelor's degree or diploma in communications, project management or a related field.
-  2 - 4 years experience in digital marketing and traditional media functions.
-  1 - 2 years project management experience.
-  Proven experience with Web site design/usability best practices, online media strategy/buying, social media, and SEO/SEM.
-  Understanding of traditional media (voice, video, mobile, etc.).
-  The ability to work and interact professionally with a wide range of people, including clients, third party vendors/publishers, account teams, media teams, designers and developers.
-  Analytical and financial skills in order to forecast and report revenue, expenses, budgets and schedules.
-  The ability to live the values of AdFarm and model them for the industry, the media, the clients and AdFarmers.
-  The ability to work under pressure, within extremely tight deadlines and maintain a good sense of humour, tact and professionalism.
The ideal AdFarmer will have excellent written and oral communications skills, strong organizational, project management and time management skills. And last but not least, we need someone who works and plays well with others, with an ability and desire to work within a team and contribute towards one.
