Contract to possible full-time position. The On-line Content is responsible for the content (Formation Evaluation and Well Testing sections) of the company website and other e-marketing channels.? He/?she ensures that content is consistent with the client company image, brand and corporate standard, and maintained to the highest levels of quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with the MarCom managers and other sponsors to plan and execute web and e-marketing projects from inception through completion ensuring timely project releases.
- Coordinates the work of writers/editors and web designers to produce high quality Web content, consistent with the client company image, brand and corporate standard.
- Ensures that on-line content is correctly implemented within the current architecture, fully cross-linked, and search-engine optimized (SEO).
- Performs initial quality control (QC) and organizes additional QC as needed to ensure that Web content is high quality, and published according to the Web guidelines.
- Monitors the public website for stale or incorrect content, and initiates corrective actions.
- Gathers data for monthly metrics reports, quarterly content audits of internal and external sites, reports on competitor sites monthly
EDUCATION
University Degree, and training in Web technology and/?or content management
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Individual must:
- Have 5 years or more related industry experience
- Be detail oriented with a passion for quality
- Be a fluent English speaker, with excellent writing ability, and good communication skills.
- Have a good knowledge of Web concepts, architecture, technology and innovations.
Individual should:
- Have marketing experience
- Have Web development experience
Desired knowledge:
- Sitecore or other CMS system experience
