Marketing Coordinator / Assistant

Comodo is a high-growth, profitable, pre-public company in the red-hot Internet Security market!

We are looking for Savvy Marketing Professionals to help us continue our aggressive growth out of our Jersey City Headquarters!

The Position:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our already successful and growing line of Internet security and authentication products and services, targeting both business and consumer segments. Assisting to quickly devise strategies and plans for bringing new products and services to market online is a key to success for this position. You will collaborate with other teams in the Comodo marketing organization to help achieve the targeted marketing goals. You are a result oriented self starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsible for Coordinating and Assisting in the following:

· Incorporating “virality” into Comodo products and services,

· Driving traffic/leads/inquiry primarily through social networking approaches,

· Furthering customer segmentation and market intelligence primarily through social networking approaches,

· Effective Internet advertising and promotion opportunities through SEO, SEM and traditional banner advertising,

· Trend spotting regarding the latest ideas for building traffic

· Generating revenue by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

· Responsible for accurately reporting and documenting all marketing campaigns, and engaging in proper and timely follow-up with the same

· Strong grasp of Marketing in the new age digital media.

Essential Duties:

· Work/Assist with Product management, Product development and other Marketing and Sales staff to identify opportunities within Comodo to leverage these vehicles.

· Assist in devising market tests to assess and measure their effectiveness

· Coordinate to obtain goals and requirements for traffic/ inquiry/lead building marketing programs and contribute Internet marketing ideas and programs to the overall marketing mix

· Collaborate with Design, Content, and Market Intel, and Web Optimization Teams as needed and to assist in delivery of all required marketing elements

· Assist in results measurement and marketing program optimization

· Actively participate in/contribute to team deliverables, creative process

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have or possess:

Demonstrated skills consisting of 1-2 years of Marketing Coordination expertise, preferably in an IT- Software Product, Telecom, or Internet Services Companies. Knowledge of Internet industry preferable, but not a must.A college degree, majoring in Marketing / Business Administration.Strong written communication and organization skills, with attention to detail and must be able to multi-task.
