Web Developer

Job Description:

Some duties will include:
- Design, develop, test, debug and maintain dynamic and secure web sites and web-based applications in ASP.NET 2.0 (C#)
- Build relational databases for the given projects in MS SQL 2005
- Contribute heavily to the strategic planning and development of the websites, applications, and other web-based initiatives
- Provide technical assistance and training to associates
- Write specifications and documentation for the applications built
- Stay up-to-date on latest technology trends and recommend them as needed
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned by manager
Experience and Software Knowledge:
- 3+ years of full-time professional web development experience (ASP.NET)
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET 2.?0 in C# - in Visual Studio environment
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/?2008 and the SQL Reporting Services
-  Strong knowledge of CSS, (X)HTML, and JavaScript 
- Strong knowledge of SEO, and the ways to implement it effectively in ASP.NET 2.0
- Strong knowledge of Cold Fusion, MySQL, PHP, and Linux
- Knowledge of Streaming Video, Flash
- Working knowledge of Social Networking (i.e. Facebook, Twitter)
- Working knowledge in Photoshop & Flash
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems and Capabilities
- Must be able to work effectively both in a team environment and individually 
- Software Specifics a Plus – Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, Photoshop, Flash, Net Programming Experience,  Microsoft SQL,  Microsoft Server Administration Dependability
 
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent in related field is preferred.
