You will be responsible for reaching out to specific industry influencers (i.e. bloggers) to establish relationships and introduce our products and services. In doing so, you will register appropriate sites for the placement of editorial content and identify blogs that are open to reviewing our product information within their forum. Call upon your excellent writing skills as you craft professional emails for your outreach, and flex your attention to detail as you manage multiple projects and deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Your number one priority is to create and maintain a PHENOMENAL PR campaign across all new INTERNET media including, facebook, twitter, youtube, myspace and blogs.
- Consult and develop innovative Public Relations programs based on social media strategy, blogger relations and viral initiatives
- Monitor commentary regarding our company on online social networks, key blogs, Twitter Facebook YouTube and forums
- Engage in and drive discussions related to our company on blogs and social networks
- Stay constantly abreast of changes in social media outreach and develop thought pieces on future trends for management
- Develop weekly articles for company newsletter
- Develop all pitch materials such as, appropriate case studies, presentation
- Create a clear and consistent message across all media that defines the benefits of our products to consumers press folk
- Create new marketing and PR strategies
- Edit and write copy for various marketing, packaging and advertising projects
- Create marketing pieces including videos, blogs, brochures, displays, banners and posters

Job Requirements
- 3 years of communications and media relations experience including at least 1 year in social media
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing (blogs, online communities) and use of social networking tools - Twitter, Facebook YouTube, to promote business objectives.
- Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, and presentation skills, as well as analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
- Independent, strategic and creative thinker who is a strong team player and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
-Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record for creation and execution of social media strategies as well as an understanding of Search and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
