If you are a Webmaster w/ SEO experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- SEO: be able to construct and execute a best-in-class SEO strategy on their own- - - HTML, CSS, and dynamic web page creation.
- JSP is a big plus
- Google Analytics
- Web 2.0 industry best practices and market savvy
- Must be able to, themselves, create graphic assets using programs like Photoshop, or be able to direct external graphic design resources to provide the necessary elements for easy integration into overall site layout, etc..
- Must be able to, themselves, create dynamic graphic assets (flash, for example), or be able to direct external graphic design resources to provide the necessary elements for easy integration into overall site layout, etc..
- Experience with project management software
