1. Account Coordinator, Email Marketing Services –Entry Level Position
An Account Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance and overall functioning of client accounts.? This includes generating reports & support tickets, setting up new accounts, monitoring deployments, identifying, escalating, account issues, resolving and communicating issues to the appropriate internal/?external resources.? The Account Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Account Managers and various Departments to proactively service clients and guarantee their ongoing growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels.
- Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns.
- Identify key opportunities to increase account growth.
- Be proactive and resolve any incoming client problems/issues promptly.
- Follow through with client management protocols and procedures.
- Compile weekly status reports on all projects being managed.
- For the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals that are in line with company’s vision, mission and values.
2. Account Manager, Email Marketing Services-Email Marketing
Experience Required
An Account Manager is responsible for the continuous development and ongoing profitability of his client accounts while providing a high-quality level of customer satisfaction.? They must analyze, scope, implement, monitor and successfully delivery a variety of strategies and projects to meet both personal and business goals of an expanding customer base in an ever-changing environment.? Finally they are required to collaborate with the Account Coordinators, Sales and Support/?Development teams for the achievement of revenue-generating activities and a positive Return on Investment for both the clients and the company while keeping in mind the company’s overall goals and Core Values.
Required skills and experience
- 1-2 years of business client management experience.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Strong persuasion/sales skills as well as comfortable in leading business presentations and
- addressing Decision Makers and top-level representatives
- Business development and consulting experience an asset
- Goal oriented and results driven
- Excellent self-management and time-management skills as well as a strong team player
- Highly adaptable and capable of handling change on a regular basis
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills and highly detailed orientated
- Ability to work with various teams/Departments and delegate where appropriate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic to intermediate understanding of the email industry a definite asset
- College degree in Administration, Communications or a related field
- Bachelor in Administration or related field an asset
- Strong computer skills and Internet technology
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Spanish or other language an asset
- Comfortable working in a technical environment
