As the Web Content Manager you will be responsible for all website content– from developing creative briefs to stock availability, content and copy management and updates, conversion and ATV improvements. You will be working with international markets and e-commerce team to ensure web content is effectively scheduled and localised for SEO, customer and campaign benefit. Managing stakeholder updates to site content – merchandising, store, hotel and spa news, product listing and prices, press quotes, etc to ensure that the websites also serve as effective b2c and b2b marketing tools. Overall maintenance of the site such as carrying out checks on the websites and content, reporting technical problems to IT support. Using web metrics to analyse and report on key site statistics for conversion rates, bounce rates, time spent on site, links followed, etc is essential. It’s also required that you manage the external relationships with the web hosting and online marketing agencies.
