DSI is helping our client with their search for an Interactive Marketing Manager on the Peninsula in the Bay Area. This person will play a critical role in driving our client's interactive marketing programs across Retail and Consumer Products Manufacturer channels.
Responsibilities:
Website
- Take a leadership role in developing the strategic plan for Client's online presence. Manage relationship with Client’s third-party web vendor, and manage daily website maintenance (review, edit and publish finalized Web materials from other Client staff.? Usage knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver is necessary)
- Facilitate the migration of the website onto the Liferay platform
- Identify opportunities and provides recommendations to improve our websites, community outreach and other online presence efforts
- Innovate and execute on new opportunities to utilize web technology to foster awareness, drive marketing, promote products and improve user satisfaction
- Help develop standards, guidelines and templates for Client's online branding
SEO/SEM
- Manage overall paid search campaign strategy and implementation across a range of paid search suppliers.
- Continually leverage new tools and industry best practices to ensure peak performance
- Manage account structure, keyword expansion, ad copy analysis, etc.
- Conduct keyword research to produce optimal click through rates.
- Compile monthly marketing analysis of search engine marketing
- Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
- Keyword analysis, conversion % analysis, non-converting spend reporting, search query reports, etc
Video/Flash Production
- Help facilitate the creative development of translating marketing messages into flash and corporate videos
- Manage third-party vendors to create flash video(s) and corporate video(s)
Lead-Generation/Campaigns
- Work with the Marketing team to help strategize, plan, implement, and measure lead generation initiatives via Salesforce and Marketo
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated experience in Online Marketing (such as lead generation campaigns, website management, etc.)
- Experienced in web design, usability and development; must understand work flow for web projectsLiferay knowledge is a plus
- HTML knowledge a plus
- Proficient with SEO/?SEM reporting and analytical tools
- Creative, able to translate business messages into flash or video
- Solid working knowledge with Salesforce, Marketo or similar product such as Eloqua, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Dreamweaver
- Sharp eye for design, incorporating creativity into development of web content and impact
- Must be proactive, flexible, collaborative, self-directed, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent online content writing and editing skills required
- Must possess well developed presentation and interpersonal communication skills in order to articulate concepts/?projects in development in meetings and daily interaction with staff
- 5-7 years professional experience creating, marketing and managing web properties
