Search Engine Optimization is one of the most important marketing tools in this competitive online industry.?
Our client requires an amiable individual with good SEO expertise and a methodical approach in order to improve Search Engine performance and ensure an increase in organic and marketing campaign driven traffic.? In line with the above requirements SEO Manager's main responsibilities will be on:
- Increasing volume and quality of organic search engine traffic
- Identifying required SEO practices and driving their implementation
- Definition and implementation of link building projects using the available resources
- Supervising and managing SEO aspects of the generation of new content in more than 20 languages
- Raising the awareness and understanding of SEO throughout the company
Skills and experiences required
Strong project management experience
Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills
Demonstrable SEO experience in a competitive online industry
Understanding of Web Development processes
Ability to write requirements
Understanding of Social Media networks and their relationship with marketing requirements
Key Functional Interfaces
Marketing Department
Country marketing managers and content writers/?translators
Website Development team
Product teams and product managers
External 3rd party services providing SEO and Analytics solutions
Computer skills
Working experience of SEO performance analysis and reporting tools
Experience of using web analytics solutions
Experience of working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Other requirements
- Experience in the online gaming industry is beneficial
- Knowledge of other European Language is highly desired in order to successfully coordinate multi-lingual SEO improvements, projects and campaigns
Key Performance Indicators
- Improved volumes of search engine driven traffic
- Improvement of search engine optimised content performance
- Improved performance of SEM driven traffic (PPC/?CPC)
- Improved search engine results, positions and page ranking
