Job Description:

What Does A Designer & Builder Do
·         You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering new websites for Spring Performance, from simple landing pages to portal sites
·         You will be responsible for ensuring all websites are functioning correctly and are kept up to date with the latest offers and promotions
·         You will be  responsible for  taking small to medium sized websites from concept phase through to completion quickly
·         You will have a basic understanding of SEO and build all websites with an SEO foundation in mind
·         You will work with a close-knit team, all striving towards the same goal of cracking websites delivering great revenue

If you can tick the boxes below, we really ought to talk…
·         Previous experience of building websites to deadlines
·         Have a good working knowledge of Photoshop and or Illustrator
·         Good understanding of HTML
·         Excellent working knowledge of Dreamweaver
·         Some understanding of landing page optimisation / building pages for conversion
* Must be eligible to work in UK
Some extras that would be great to have but not essential…
·         Good written English / ability to check website text for errors
·         Knowledge of php
·         Experience in the affiliate industry
·         Knowledge of CSS and Javascript
·         Experience of Flash
