MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER - DIGITAL MARKETING
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY FOCUS
- Owning and managing all aspects of the www.?kronos.?ca domain including content development, updates, and corporate program launches
- Working directly with Kronos corporate Marketing Leads and Management to drive maximum performance of the Canadian SEO(Search Engine Optimization) and SEM(Search Engine Marketing) programs
- Working directly with Kronos corporate Marketing Leads and Management to ensure that Canada is aligned with and can participate in any US driven web or digital campaigns which are relevant within our markets
- Working directly with the Kronos Lead Development Representative team and their manager to track and report on measureable contribution to the Canadian sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGERS for INDUSTRY and CUSTOMER MARKETING when necessary to support any digital aspect of their individual initiatives or programs including;
- www.kronos.ca domain support
- Eloqua program support
- Marketing list development support or acquisition
- Other digital marketing items as identified
- Owning and Managing all aspects of public tender web site membership subscriptions for MERX.ca and Biddingo.?com
- Owning and managing all aspects of Customer Case Study and Kronos Press Release development for the Canadian business unit
- Owning and managing all aspects of any translation requirements for Canadian marketing activities
- Owning and managing all aspects of Eloqua reporting on marketing activity and results
- Participating in all Business Development and Marketing team meetings to provide formal updates on activities and events which are planned, active, and completed
- Working within the established annual capital budget of the Business Development and Marketing organization to maximize its contribution and impact on the Canadian sales pipeline
- Although this position will not carry an individual financial contribution target. It will contribute to the overall departmental financial goal of;
- 3M in Marketing influenced product pipeline in FY2012
- 1M in Marketing influenced product sales in FY2012
- Providing collaborative support to any other Business Development and Marketing items identified by the Business Development Manager for Canada
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
The MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER for DIGITAL MARKETING will have the following skills, qualifications, and/or demonstrated experience levels:
- Creative, dynamic individual with 3 to 5 years experience in digital marketing within the technology sector
- Post secondary degree or diploma in marketing communications or equivalent discipline
- Bilingualism (English and French) considered an asset but not mandatory
- Experience in developing and maintaining corporate web domains which create interest in their company's products and/?or services offerings at the executive level
- Experience in SEO/SEM reporting and analysis and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated capability in creating web domain landing pages to capture marketing lead information for sales follow-up
- Can articulate the critical business issues industry executives are facing and how their company's product and/or services offering can address those issues in a compelling manner
- Has a proven track record of managing digital outreach campaigns and events which drove measurable results in the form of sales opportunities and closed business
- Proven problem solving, and collaboration skills
- Proficient project management and coordination skills
- Intermediate to advanced capabilities with standard application software such as MS-Office, MS-SharePoint, GoTo Meeting/Webinar, Adobe suite, and other relevant eMarketing business applications
- Polished oral presentation and written communications skills and experience
- Comfort in presenting marketing performance results to management
- Works well within a collaborative team of marketing professionals
