Do you have the experience and knowledge to drive forward in a proactive style? I am looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join this focal team within the in-house web development department of this major, market-leading organisation. The ideal candidate must have excellent presentation skills and be able to problem solve in order to escalate issues in a timely fashion as required, and will be joining the team to assist with multiple web-based products and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing project plans as well as identifying resources required and assigning responsibilities through the application of project management methodology You will also be required to coordinate, direct and supervise others engaged in design and production of websites. You will have moved into project management at least 2 years ago and may also be Prince 2 qualified or be familiar with another PM methodology but actual experience with Agile, Scrum or XP would be a distinct advantage. Skills such as reporting, co-ordination, budget control, and planning and issue resolution will be second nature. You will have managed the full life cycle of a digital project. Experience or knowledge of publishing (print) would be beneficial as would exposure to SEO/SEM, web stats tools and email marketing options.?
