Responsibilities:

- Translate functional requirements into detailed visual design by working closely with Client/Managers/Content Writers
- Information visualization from conceptual stage -> Paper sketching -> Story boarding -> Prototype stage
- Conceptualizing and translating creative concepts into well - executed web pages
- Apply current trends and knowledge about web / digital design/ Creating wireframes
- Refresh the designs / web pages with latest information, trends, themes
- Document and monitor design standards i.e. optimize page size and loading time
- Design and develop visual content for portals, using high-end tools
- Ensure the interface/graphics/animations conform to standards and strive for consistency across deliverables
- Should research and learn creative concepts and ideas, explore and adapt to new technologies
- Should be flexible team player to work in teams comprising Technical Architects, Business Analysts and Project Managers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Position Description:

Required Skills/Background:

- Should have 4-6 years experience
- Expert in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, fireworks, Flash, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of DHTML, Javascript, Ajax etc
- Expert in image optimization and SEO
- Must have experience of Template Design, Flash Animation, HTML, Logo Design, Flash Scripting
- Must be an expert with the tools of trade to get the job done efficiently Fluent in HTML/ XHTML and
- Have extensive knowledge of CSS & web standards, expert in div based layouts.
- Has strong understanding of website layout and usability
- Should have good visualization and illustration
- Should have good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Should have good documentation skills
- Should be comfortable understanding the written specifications as well as developing them
- Ability to take pressure/ stress
- Preferably graduate in fine arts
