The ideal candidate would have a track record of innovating on a limited budget and experience leveraging the web in business to business marketing campaigns.? 1.? Consults with business units, sales and marketing to develop fully integrated product launch plans.?
2. ? Uses the website and web-based technologies to effectively market to customers and other stakeholder.? Leverages web analytics, SEO and online outlets to maximize lead generation and brand awareness.?
3. ? Manages the preparation of sales tools, lead generation campaigns, advertising programs and events, identifying the ideal mix of activities to achieve the desired goals.?
4.? Provides creative direction to develop compelling collateral and campaign materials.?
5.? Familiar with supporting a distribution sales force and creating tools, training and support for this channel.?
6.? Selects, develops, and evaluates marcom personnel to enable a small but impactful marcom team.?
7. ? Works on problems of a diverse scope and able to then resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.?
Education Requirements: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, web design or a related field plus seven years of B to B marketing experience.? Semiconductor industry experience preferred.? An MBA and/?or a technical background would be a plus.?
