Responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and profitable growth for the Clients Website through affiliate marketing partnerships.
Affiliate Marketing is a pay-per-performance marketing model where a network of partner sites drive traffic to a specific Website and are paid a commission for any sale generated.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic direction and initiatives to drive incremental sales and increase profitability
Create and manage partner communication initiatives such as newsletters and personal contact to drive revenue
Report and analyze daily, weekly and monthly metrics to strategically optimize financial performance
Establish and enhance relationships with affiliate partners
Develop and manage weekly affiliate calendar for planning all promotional support, media buys and newsletters
Evaluate, negotiate, and track media opportunities with top affiliates
Work with creative team to optimize banners and landing pages to improve overall effectiveness of campaigns and ensure programs are meeting sales objectives
Test, identify and implement highest converting offers in landing pages in support of improving affiliate & shopping performance
Manage marketing budget & payments
Monitor trademarks, ad ware and coupon codes to ensure that affiliates and strategic partners work within the confines of the program guidelines
Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices
Experience
Outgoing & personable - must enjoy talking to partners and developing relationships
Comfortable analyzing data
Ability to multi-task
1-3 years of online marketing experience, affiliate experience a plus
Light knowledge of IT is helpful, but not required
Ability to work independently
