Business Manager

Job Description:

The heritage business of this dynamic six year old company is SEO and paid search advertising. Due to the quality of work and consequent client referral the company has grown fast and is now looking for a senior manager to come into the business and take it to the next level.
Reporting into the two Directors you will have over 10 direct reports and responsibility for the P&L of the business.
Ideally you will have worked in a digital marketing agency and enjoy a fast paced, fast thinking environment. With a sound knowledge of SEO, paid search and web development and an understanding of how to increase clients' presence online, you will have a passion for online marketing.
- $80k - $120k dependent on experience

We are looking for someone who can lead and inspire a team, bring in new business and understand the trends of online marketing while delivering first class solutions to a superb mix of clients.? You will also need to have the ability to define roles and structure the team to the constantly varying demands of the business.
