Overview: SpiderSplat Consulting, Inc. is a leading full service Search Engine Marketing and IT Consulting Firm. We focus on Search Engine Marketing using PPC Management and SEO Consulting (natural search optimization) for clients across the US.

We are looking for another PPC Manager to join our team in Boston. We offer the option to work informally, often remotely and with paid incentives in a startup environment. The company founded was in 1997 with existing clients; stable revenue and profitability within an exploding industry of Search (think Google and Yahoo!). The company is privately owned and you will work closely with the company in a management capacity to shape the growth and direction of the business.

Experience

Minimum of five years professional experience which should include some campaign and advertising experience. Search engine experience and established contacts with both advertising clients and agencies preferred. MBA Level Education (applicants without MBA level education must demonstrate very specific industry knowledge of SEM).

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Technically Competent & Internet Savvy (basic HTML ability)

2. Must have a MBA or Equivalent Industry Experience

3. Willingness to join and grow with small entrepreneurial firm.

4. Excellent internet skills, 5+ years relevant experience

5. Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills

6. Demonstrates effective negotiation skills

7. Autonomous & Self-Starter Personality & Results-oriented achiever

8. Advertising Agency Experience a plus
