PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
The SEO Business Analyst is responsible for validating business strategies and opinions through the development and use of fact based design modeling, data mining and testing.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Applying quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information related to SEO from multiple data sources and to organize and distribute findings in an effective manner.
Design and implementation of predictive and analytical processes
Ongoing development of a business intelligence directive that will enable to spot trends, determine course corrections, and take advantage of opportunities
Maintaining functional expertise in website analytics best practices and the tools that support them. Regularly provide information to Diagnostics Manager on analytics best practices and tools available.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years experience in a web analytics environment.
Excellent Analytical and reporting skills.
A demonstrated ability to collect data, analyze trends, draw conclusions and recommend direction
Strong project management skills and proficiency in managing multiple priorities within competing resources.
Strong influence and negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to negotiate with leaders across the business.
Strong change agent
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with web analysis tools (HBX or Omniture Site Catalyst preferred).
Advanced computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
