Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, and in strong cooperation and collaboration with TSLC community administrators and hospitality staff, the Coordinator will direct public relations, paid advertising, and strategic marketing activities for TSLC senior housing communities. This includes: creative marketing strategy; market research and planning; media buying; earned media strategy and execution, direct-to-consumer marketing tactics; community relations; outreach and relationship marketing. The Coordinator will also work to create an online/Web marketing strategy for TSLC. This includes SEO strategies, Web advertising and the investigation of blogs, forums, posting boards, etc. NOTE: Coordinator is responsible for TSLC senior housing communities in Southeast Michigan (11).

4. Edits and manages the collateral process for Southeast Michigan senior housing communities.
16. Assists Director of Marketing and Public Relations with home office communications efforts including maintaining uniform company/brand identity, defining and articulating home office message.
Minimum Qualifications
2. B.A. in marketing, communications, business administration, or relevant discipline.
Physical and Mental Requirements and Working Conditions
1. Must successfully pass employment physical and all background screening.
2. Must be able to adapt to frequently changing work parameters.
3. Primarily works inside with frequent sitting, walking, standing bending and occasional lifting of supplies not in excess of 25 pounds.
4. Must understand and accept the possibility of exposure to environmental elements, such as inclement weather, dust, noise, chemicals and/or chemicals fumes, and infectious disease.
