Marketing Assistant / Manager, Marketing Communications Manager

Job Description:

The company are a market leading organisation who manufacture high quality and custom design packaging solutions to a wide range of market sectors, but in particular to beverage and liquid food markets. They are now looking to strengthen their marketing team with a high calibre professional marketing individual to cover the Marketing Manager during Maternity Leave for a period of 6 to 12 months
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will require you to carry out marketing and product marketing activities, including Managing and organising of trade fairs in Europe, Implementation of new corporate identity, maintain the company websites and implement and distribute new literature as well as managing public relations via website news, client case studies innovation launch and professional releases.

- You will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts. Reliable, tolerant, and determined, empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well presented and business-like. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month within the UK.
- You will have a proven marketing or marketing communications experience ideally from a business to business industry, including experience of managing new media and SEO, fully managing attendance at exhibitions, plus initiating and completing a multitude of marketing projects and on budget. You will ideally be fluent in an additional language, preferably French or German, and also have the ability to identify key selling points as well as evaluating markets and ROI
- It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles:
- Marketing Executive, Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Assistant Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Executive, Business Development Manager
