Yodle, a leading provider local search advertising and online lead generation services to small businesses continues to grow and we are actively looking to hire a SEM & Online Media Manager. Based out of our fast growing Manhattan office, this is a unique opportunity to drive traffic and manage the performance of SEM and Online Media campaigns.
Overview:
In this highly critical role, our ideal candidate is a skilled and motivated Internet marketing professional with 3-7 years hands on online media, white hat SEO techniques and Google Adwords PPC experience.
The primary goal of this position is to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns and drive qualified traffic to the Yodle website and generate sales leads (phone/web) within specific local service-oriented small business verticals, including Dentists, Spas, Cleaning Services, etc. Additional goals include website traffic analysis and search engine optimization, including keyword analysis, on-page SEO, link building, general project management, budget management, vendor management, and business/partnership development.
Core responsibilities:
Daily hands on implementation and campaign management of white hat SEO methods and Google Adwords PPC campaigns.
Link building, meta tag and title tags, site map creation, indexing and optimizing rankings for Google.
Identify proper landing pages, research/develop keywords and create titles and descriptions.
Analyze SEO and PPC campaign data and adjust accordingly utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return on ad spend.
Keep abreast of the latest SEO & PPC industry information and trends.
Experience
Skills Required:
3-7 years experience creating, executing and monitoring performance for various online marketing channels including: Search Engine Marketing (SEM),
Online Display Advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Traffic Measurement, and A/B Testing.
Expertise in Search Engine Marketing, including Google, Yahoo, MSN/Live, etc. and Web site Conversion Metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA)
Experience optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns through ad copy, keyword, geo-targeting, and landing page optimization.
Experience managing or familiarity with CPM and CPC Advertising Networks like Advertising.com, AdHere, AdBrite, Doubleclick, etc.
Significant experience with Search Engine Optimization Strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization (keyword analysis, keyword density, page rank, content optimization, meta tags, URL structures, link building, etc.)
