EZlocal has been a huge help in increasing my business's online visibility. It's always a pleasure working with my account manager when changes and updates need to be made. It took about 4 months to see actual results, but now I show up on the first page consistently. They have been billing me $95 a month for over two years which in my opinion is a steal compared to what I would have to pay to hire a web guy to do everything they do. They actively manage my Google, Yahoo and Bing profiles plus about 40 or 50 other listings (manually) including helping me with changes to my website. I highly recommend EZlocal!

I should of researched this before i signed up with Tim at ezlocal. Bad customer service, if i have a question it takes multiple emails or phone calls to get a response.nI had a issue with google and my listing and i had to call ez local to tell them that my listing is no longer listed. I have yet to hear from them as what the reason was. I had questions about my listings and they said you have to change your web site. after the changes I made i still had issues. It was always a different excuse every time. 12 month contract then some other fees they have during the contract. Its not worth it.. Go else where.....

Poor Customer Service

I recently placed an order with this company. I called to follow up with the status of my order. They couldn't explain to me what work had been done, then eventually admitted after 60 days no work had been done and went on to tell me that I was stuck in a 2 year commitment, which I did not agree to. Plus it didn't say anywhere the on the site or during the payment process that I was committed to any long term agreement.
