Overview

LogRover is an advanced system for analyzing log files generated by web servers.

LogRover uses a database to store the results of its analysis. Because of this, the original log files only have to be scanned once.

The interactive web interface for LogRover allows website managers to view reports quickly for any period stored in the database.

With the Desktop Report Viewer, you can quickly generate, print and email reports without interfacing through the web.

Web log files are scanned once, and the results of the analysis are stored in a database where they can be retrieved quickly for interactive reports.

The database is typically about 5% the size of the original log files, so you can store more than 1.5 year's worth of data for a site using the same disk space required by one month of raw log files.

You can also generate custom reports using standard tools such as Microsoft Access and SQL queries.
