Tappity is a user driven site where you discover, rate, and suggest mobile-friendly web pages for viewing on phones and PDAs. In addition, you can save favorite items to a mobile homepage that’s personalized just for you.

How Tappity works

1. Find - Search and browse hundreds of websites that are specially formatted for your mobile phone or PDA. You’ll be amazed at what’s available.

2. Submit - Do you know of a mobile-friendly website, or have you developed one yourself? Submit it to Tappity, and let others discover it too.

3. Preview - If you’re having a hard time conceptualizing the small screen, we have a preview window that’ll allow you to see what a site will look like on your mobile device.

4. Add! - Personalize your own mobile homepage by adding and sorting your favorite links and searches. Then visit Tappity on your phone. Ta-da!

Tappity recently added their own Mobifier, gaining more control over how all websites are viewed on a mobile phone. This enables even non-mobile friendly sites to have a mobile web page for users. The Tappity Mobifier also allows for RSS feeds to be viewed as links, giving greater access and functionality to mobile browsers, and tying in nicely with their latest RSS feed for mobile site discovery.
