Worst service ever! BEWARE! Here are the issues I encountered:1. Diagnostic TestWhen you drop off your computer and PAY, you'll receive an automated email. In this email, their policy states that the MANDATORY diagnostic testing can take 1 - 3 days for software or 3 - 7 days for hardware. They do not tell you this upfront. My laptop had a broken hinge. They acknowledged that the computer turned on and ran just fine when I dropped it off. They acknowledged that the hinge was damaged. Imagine my confusion three days later when I hadn't heard a peep from them. THREE DAYS. And they STILL wasn't finished with the "diagnostic test". They hadn't even retrieved a quote for the needed part!When I finally received my computer a week and a half after dropping it off (mind you, the hinge wasn't fixed. I asked them to reassemble my computer and even THAT took three days), I took it to another shop about 6 minutes away. The guys at the new shop had the diagnostic test done in an HOUR and has already ordered the necessary parts AND is charging me $150 less than what 1010 Computers quoted me.2. HORRID Customer ServiceWhen I called to inquire about my computer the first time (three days after dropping it off), I was told it was still being tested. I asked what the testing entailed. THEY WOULDN'T TELL ME. Wait...understand: they wouldn't tell me what they were doing to my property. Their answer was simply "diagnostic testing". I KNOW for a fact that testing shoudn't take that long, so when they told me that I knew either 1) They didn't know what the hell they were doing or 2) they hadn't touched my computer yet. Either of those scenarios is an issue.Bottom line: Do not patronize this business. If you do, please understand that you're in for a huge headache.

I paid these hacks to fix my iMac. They couldn’t get the GPU they ordered to work. So, they ordered another on at a higher cost, of course. It took a couple of months for them to complete the repairs. Within the first week my computer shut down & would not start. I called & spoke with Kedall who worked on my computer. He told me I could bring it in & he would look at it. Kendall told me, I had a “one year warranty.”Now, months later, I have the SAME power issue. I called & the woman who answers the phones told me they don’t give warranties & I wasn’t covered. Edit: I found the email 1010 sent me PROVNG I have a warranty. Notice that in the “owner’s” response to my review they conveniently leave out important information in fact they try to mislead YOU all into thinking I am lying. Here is an email from them (sent Feb. 19, 2018 at 07:39) which PROVES I have a warranty & that they are lying to me & you all about it:You have an update from 1010Computers, LLC. for your ticket 2449Update Subject: DiagnosisMessage:POST REPAIR NOTES: The hard drive was replaced with a brand new 1TB HDD and a brand new thermal sensor was installed to help regulate thetemperature and control the fan speed of the iMac device. This allowed your 1010Tech to then proceed with the remainder of the diagnostic as listed below.Touchscreen Device: (No)Diagnosis: Hardware: After performing a full hardware diagnostic, the 1010Technician notated that the results of the tests performed confirmed that this device has no present hardware issues. All hardware components tested passed all associated quality assurance tests performed and all hardware components were listed as operational/functional on the bench report for this device. ***PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT (OR) YOUR 1010CUSTOMER PORTAL FOR RESULTS FROM THE FULL HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC FOR THIS DEVICE***Hardware Notes: Please see attachment (or) your personalized 1010Customer portal the results of the full hardware diagnostic for this device. Some may be uploaded after this email if your 1010Tech in unable to performit prior to this diagnostic. This is dependent on the nature of the issue listed at check-in. Some may be uploaded after the repair is complete if the issue does not allow your 1010Tech to perform prior. This is common on (screen or display issues, motherboard or power issues, etc.)Software: A new operating system was installed on the new hard disk drive.Service Quote:  HDD Replacement Service: $0.00 (Warranty Repair | Regular Price: $199.98) Data Back-up: Declined at check-in HDD Temperature Sensor: $59.18 (Includes S&H) Total: $59.18 (Quoted, Approved, and completed)Notice the second line of the service quote states: “Warranty Repair | Regular Price $199.98”The 1010 representative who responto my review is a LIAR. She lied to me on the phome too, when she told me I don’t have a warranty & that 1010 doesn’t give warranties. The tech, Kendall, was a nice guy, but the woman working the counter is a deceptive fool. She lied to me & told me I don’t have a warranty & that 1010 doesn’t offer warranties, & she reiterated that lie in her response to my review, but I have an email from the company that PROVES they gave me a warranty, SOLD me a warranty & now they are denying it. Don’t waste your money with these deceptive people. There are other companies that won’t renege on warranties & the representatives won’t lie to customers.I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau regarding them reneging on the warranty & submitting the proof that I have.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, the repair was a little bit pricey but the job was done very well and in a timely manner I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Had a great experience. They are the best! The customer service was perfect, the process very detailed and informal via email and text and the facility was super clean. The cleanest computer store I have ever seen. The greatest part of my experience is they have my favorite gaming laptop working LIKE NEW. I am very pleased with my service.

The tech was awesome! They fixed my damaged Windows 10 and only charged me half of the original price. They were very thorough and cleaned up my computer for me. I would absolutely do business with 10/10 again. Great place!

The staff at 1010 Computers are knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me with my wireless printer set up and the installation of a few programs for my newly purchased gaming computer by them. Highly recommended. They are the BEST!!!!!!!!
