What was the best part of the experience?

He has been tremendous in his desire to first understand our goals, and then help us along the way in achieving them. He is highly responsive, professional and makes sure to deliver as much value as the client is willing to receive. When working with Bruce, it has felt like he is a member of our company's team based on how intimately he focused on our business and needs.

What would you change about the experience?

In working with Bruce, there is not much I can say about any negatives in working with him. After working with other SEO firms in the greater chicago area, we finally found Bruce, and have never looked back!
