we have known Albert for almost 5 years. we have bought a few products from him. never disappointed. our products are awesome and for good price. we only use this establishment when it comes to our computer and such. very friendly staff. they make sure you walk away very satisfied. they know what exactly to do. they explain everything in detail. we recently bought another computer from them. i absolutely love it. my husband bought me a gateway laptop from them. and everything is warranty. i would check this place out. you wont be disappointed. this is the only place we go to because its the best place we found. we are customers for life.

I hate to say this but If we could give it less that one start we would, over the summer my laptop broke I researched laptop repair places so I went here when they told me what my laptop had we paid them to order the part for my laptop, thay said it would take one week to come so I waited and we let an extra week pass when we called he said "oh I was about to call you" and he said "so they ran out of parts but I can order you one from china but it will take 3 months" what I dont understand is why let 2 weeks pass and not tell me anything and he asked me multiple times that he would offer me $50 credit points to spend at his shop and he kept asking me this over and over again that it got suspicious when we went to get a refund and the laptop the worse things that could ever happen happened... IT WAS MISSING A PART?!?! This was our biggest fear that would end up happening. Besides all this Do Not Go Here.

Let me put it simply. I'm not normally one to post reviews but I'm making an exception for LocalTech since my experience with the shop is phenomenal. If you're having technical difficulties, I encourage you to make the quick trip. Albert will give the biggest bang for the smallest buck. Guys I wont go anywhere else whenever I have a technical issue. They go above and beyond with a realistic cost quickly. Tied all together with good vibes and honestly. Who can ask for more
