It seems leads are distributed to a lot of business at the same time. Paying for leads other businesses are getting too. Don't know the true timing of leads. Seems a scam.

We expected that the 360 Connect was a service to connect new and disconnect former services - but it is not. Our experience was that they only try to get you to have service companies that maybe they get a kickback from. As a result we were not disconnected and are paying for services longer than we lived at that house. Not a satisfied customer.
