How did Jim McKinley and Jeff Hoogendam come to create 360Partners? It actually started with another company called SmartPrice.com. Both Jim and Jeff had backgrounds in technology and hated not having an efficient way to compare telecommunication services. So, they created one.

SmartPrice.com provided businesses and consumers with a better way of comparing and selecting wireless, local, and long-distance carriers.
