Feedback:

The building platform is not the easiest ever but you can customise almost everything. Great support service, I had answers to all my questions like on the same day. Overall, I am very happy with this platform, the customer support and the price I paid.

3d cart is a very user friendly website to build our website on. If I have any questions, I can always contact them and get an answer fairly quickly. I would recommend 3d cart if you are looking for a place to build your website with the shopping cart feature.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE 3D Cart. It has great features for a great price with no hidden fees. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is not super intuitive to use. However, I bought the lowest price package, which means I had to do everything myself and I knew that. The knowledgebase guide seems to be out of date or is just really confusing. I do get great support from customer service. I just played around and experimented with features and used the knowledgebase to answer my questions and I now have exactly what I wanted. I have little to no technical skills, so it may be much easier for someone with more technical skills. That being said, I still really recommend 3DCart, but just know there is a learning curve and you will not have a website up overnight unless you are really skilled or buy a higher price package.

I have been using 3dCart for three years to host our Webstore. Overall, the product has functioned excellently. The interface is relatively easy to use and no major issues have occurred. The tech support however, can use some improvement, particularly in response time which recently took over four days (and four tech people) to resolve a simple problem. I had previously used two competitor's cart products (Intuit and Go Daddy) and switched from both because of the lack of good technical support. Despite the slow support response time, I would recommend 3dCart for Webstore hosting.

3DCart was recommended by an IT professional. What a find! 3DCart was easy to learn and to work with - very intuitive web management tool. And when you do get stuck / lost/ or on the very rare occasion when something really is wrong - the top notch professionals are right there within in minutes. Highly recommend 3DCart! For the highly competitive pricing - I know of no other high tech service that offers so much for so little.

SCAM! Beware of signing up for 3d carts 'promotions'. I signed up for the special three month discount at half off any plan and on the second month they billed me for the full price. They also promise free Bing and Google Ads $100 credit vouchers but I have NEVER received them. 3d cart will also restrict or block any sales or customer information to your website if they believe the transaction volume is too high. When we received over $18500 in sales for the months of November-December of 2019, more than 85% of the transactions were "incomplete." We contacted a few of our customers who told us that the shopping cart will not allow them to complete their order. 3d cart will get very nervous when your site gets a large volume of transactions.3d Cart will modify/change your site without notice. We used the custom CSS editing feature to make the search bar edges round instead of sharp and we also changed the search text field box border to be red.Three days later, 3d cart changed the search box back to square and the border back to black. They did this without our say and I have the screenshots to show what they did.3d Cart will change, modify, delete, or block certain aspects/features of the website you buy through them so be careful of what information is provided.

At first the interface seems to be very difficult, many things are just hard to find, but then you find out about the incredible knowledge base you can use. If you still can't figure it out, you call the support team. The support team is just fantastic, if I could give them ten stars, I would want to give them eleven. Never had a better customer service then with these folks. like said, ten stars or more. Wonderful !!

We have been using 3dCart for several years now. Customer service is really good and tech support is pretty responsive. It is nice to let professionals deal with the software while we can concentrate on running our business and sales. 3dCart also updates and adds new features regularly. We definitely recommend 3dCart.

Kind people and overall a decent product. But the dev team is very slow to roll out badly needed improvements such as the ability to change prices overnight quickly with just a few mouse clicks on products that have product options enabled. If you need to be able to price over 200 SKUs competitively against your competitors on a daily basis, you are better off with Magento or Shopify, otherwise its a slog that requires dozens of work hours just to change prices.
