Do not use them! The videoographer that was set up for me cancelled 2 days before my wedding. There was very little communication through the whole process. I had asked for my photographer and videograper contact information and I was told that I wouldn't be able to get that information until 2 weeks before my wedding which is just insane. There is so much going on 2 weeks before your wedding that it is so unreasonable to make a bride deal with this 2 weeks before the wedding. It is something that should be done way ahead of time. The photographer that was hired was frustrated as well, and shared that he still needed an assistant 2 days before the wedding, and 5 star hadn't communicated with him any information and there still wasn't an assistant hired. Once the videoographer cancelled, I had to be the one to contact the company and find out what was going on! There was zero effort to make things right, and I had to demand a refund, and with the stress of hiring a new company 2 days before my wedding. It was all very disappointing, frustrating, and overall the worst way to deal with my wedding week!
