I like their beef and soup in the Pho Bo although it’s not best Pho I had overall. The pig cheek salad sounds scary but the dressing is amazing and everyone should try it. The spring roll was okay but not as impressive as the first time I had it in Vietnam, they can make better (although I never like the Chinese style Spring roll)

Best banh mi and pho (especially next door at Hanoi House) in Manhattan and probably most of NYC!!! They also have daily specials to keep it interesting. I'm so happy every time I eat here!Note: order first, pick up your utensils and water, then sit for your tasty meal.

The best damn pho in the city. The papaya salad is fantastic, and we've been many times and never been disappointed with a daily special here either. Top notch flavors, and the owners are incredibly friendly. Highly, highly recommend.

🇻🇳 coffee has been around since the French Indochina days, and variations like *cà phê trứng* (𝗲𝗴𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲) came about out of necessity.Dairy cattle has only been around since the 1920s, and for many years milk wasn't readily available. To please those seeking that white gold , one cafe whisked egg and sugar together then poured coffee over it. The subsequent froth is rich and sweet, and when stirred together it creates the balance that Vietnamese cuisine is known for. Think of it as a meringue on top (or bottom) of the dark roast. 𝘏𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘦𝘨𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵?
