The way a company responds to criticism says a lot about those who run the company, look at all the reviews here and read their responses. In all cases they blame the customer, look at how he responds to a client: "You are not welcome in any of our 4 stores, you are not welcome to call". Here is another response he posted to a client "You need to find a better way to spend your time". In another review he posted this:"We keep all records and work on file and we're debating if we should share along side your negative comment here on Google"here is another response to a different client: "I have 6 hours logged by developers in my office, that you didn't pay one penny for."Before choosing A Nerd's World, ask yourself, would you like this person to talk to you the way he talked to his past clients? would you be willing to take the risks to do business with someone who responds like this when you criticize them?
