They are helpful and responsive, especially though wechat. They speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin and probably more Chinese dialects. They offer many types of packages at different price ranges. I found the prices to be reasonable and good value. Make sure you spell out in very clear detail exactly what you want and how much that would cost. There was miscommunication on the (extra) cost of a slideshow and exactly how many pages were going to be in the photobook we were receiving.Overall, I love that they were able to handle almost everything for our Chinese banquet style wedding, so you're pretty much getting a free wedding planner through their package service. However, some of the details were not clear, and they promised some things sooner than they could deliver. As long as you're flexible, then I recommend them.
