Never on time with producing merchandise..Charging my Cc without authorization..and then then the merchandise that was ordered was incorrect..never a mention of a refund. This isn't the way to run a business let alone a successful one.

All of the staff and especially Pete and Sarah have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm not a rich guy..i have a boat that im trying to fix up and only spending a couple hundred dollars...These people have treated me and my project as if i were large company spending thousands. In a world of ill mannered people it's a breath of fresh air.We all want to be treated nice when we spend our money..thanks everyone at sign from above
