Overall Feedback:

Absolutely disgraceful pricing.Went in to get a copy of a couple of letters printed via email. Was charged £2.50 for the privilage plus a further 25p per copy.The guy I spoke to acted if he was doing me a favour when he said, and I quote "you can have it all for just £3". Err! Excuse me if I'm wrong but £2.50 + 25p + 25p = £3. He seemed quite pleased with himself.The £2.50 charge was, and again I quote, "because it has to come to us as an email"It wasn't until I got home later I thought about it.The email cost him nothing. However, it cost me some of my data.Hope the guy concerned reads this, as he really ought to wear a mask and a striped suit. And to him directly; you are nothing short of being a burgalar. I'm surprised you didn't add VAT as well.
