I was looking to add window lettering for my new business and wanted to use a local business but was disappointed from the initial contact. Called the company and was told the man who does the work is out for an injury (understandable) then received a call the follow week and told to email my specifications for the job. The following week no call, so I decided to call and was told he could not find the email so I sent the email again. Days later 2 guys came to take measurements and photo but did not have the email with specifications listed so I printed it again. Here we are 2 weeks later no follow up or anything. If you do not want to do the job just say so instead of wasting a potential customers time. You never know when that business has a job or referral for larger jobs.

2/5 would not work with this guy again. I asked this company for 2 signs. He quoted me something around $2500. One above my store one by my road. He gave me a price and never followed up. Once my other sign was ready he finally realized there other sign I needed wasn’t a cheap plastic sign. So he demanded an additional $2500 for the second sign. I confronted him about this and his excuse was that he thought it was just a cheap vinyl sign. Refused to work with me on the new price since it’s his mistake. Then refuses to even make me the cheap sign which he initially quoted me for. I will admit the sign above my store looks nice. Which is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. But as for anything else? I’d stay far far far away from this company.I know this company is going to publicly deny this. So I leave you all with this. Read the other evidence (reviews) there is a pattern emerging here.

the experience was terrible. I will be taking az signs to court. not only did it take 3 weeks to do the sign the signs colors were completely wrong and the craftmanship of the lettering was terrible. he refused to give me my money back. or ever send me a receipt for the transaction

Compared to other sign companies here i received great personal service and qaulity signs. The prices were very good too. Signs were delivered and installed as promised. I will use this company again.

If your looking for professional and quality work at a fair price look no further than here at A-Z. I shopped around and wasn’t able to come close to what I got here for the price. The quality of the sign was good as well as the workmanship. Mike is professional and upbeat and will take good care of you. He treats you like your business matters to him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any type of print work, you wont be sorry.

When my business moved, I needed a new sign. A-Z signs took us from the design all the way through installation. Mike was always helpful and patient. The installation was quick and professional and we now have the best sign in our shopping center. I give A-Z my highest recommendation
