Timofey at A4VIEW is our architect and project manager. I use a wheelchair and have a 60-year-old house. He consistently keeps our budget and my unique needs in mind. Together, we figured out how best to create a house where we can age in place while maximizing my family's quality of life now. He has vetted quotes from multiple, reputable companies at each stage of the process, from general contractors to the suppliers of our windows, and everything in between. This has helped us keep our costs down while obtaining the best products and workmanship. Both prior to and as hidden conditions from shoddy work prior to our ownership have revealed themselves (lack of appropriate waterproofing, etc.), his knowledge and advocacy on our behalf has kept the job to fair market prices, rather than include the mark up that a project managed by a general contractor might typically charge when there is no choice but to get the unforeseen work done. I have been a part of the complete renovations of four bathrooms and two kitchens in the past. This is the most extensive construction project I have ever undertaken, and it is the only time I have had peace of mind.

I have worked with A4 View on a number of projects. In my experience they have been very responsive, and have provided an excellent finished product. They have worked with me on options for my budget. The projects were delivered on schedule and detailed according to our agreement. I have been very pleased with the service provided and will continue to utilize their expertise.

I never received design plans that I payed $1000 for in December of 2017. Timofey has been horrible at responding to emails, he never answers his phone. He finally emailed stating he send a check for the refund and now thats been almost two months and still no money! Avoid him at all cost. protect your money and go somewhere else.
