So we called yesterday, the receptionist, who is very inept, told me that someone would get back to me. Well, it never happened, and when I called back today, she had the audacity to tell me that "I'm not the only one". Guess what...they're not the "only one".

Take it from a former employee who is in production and installation firsthand anything and everything that possibly can go wrong will go wrong not to mention highest price is paid for Signs and all of New England owner shoots at the hip and reaches for the skies with pricing. Hires all non-experienced employees at rock-bottom prices. Do you want somebody with no experience manufacturing and installing your signs I wouldn’t not for the money that goes into it

Had a hanging sign and a wall banner created by AA Thrifty. They did a fantastic job at a great price!About a week or so after installation, had an issue with the sign. I called Kevin, my salesman. Less than 30 minutes later their truck was outside with sign installers, and Kevin. The situation was addressed immediately. Great prices, Great design, great Service!
