They wrapped our 30 ft. long food truck and did an amazing job. We get compliments about our truck all the time. Great customer service! The owner is a man of his word. I can't say enough great things about AAA signs!

I personally work for AAA Signs of Amarillo & Hi Plains Canvas Products. I have worked many different jobs in my lifetime and I have never been more happy to be working here now for 8 months!! Gene Bural, Dale Bural & Kevin Bural own and operate this company. They are the best Bosses in the world and truly treat all of us that work their, like Family!! Everyday, Dale & Kevin say Goodmorning and tell us how great of a job that we're doing!! That alone goes so far because it feels great to know how much your appreciated. I'm truly blessed and haven't been more happier at my place of employment ever!! We take pride in customer service before and after the sale!! I read the above review from 3 years ago, and all I can say is that they must have changed a lot of personnel, because my experience was fantastic! I took a heavy nylon strap in for re-sewing and a grommet, and the receptionist was super friendly, and perfectly professional. She got me to Enrique, who took GREAT care of me. I was really impressed with his skill and speed, as well as his friendliness. I was in and out in what seemed like 6 minutes, and they did not even charge me. I have not been so impressed with anyone's customer care in a very long time. That kind of organization speaks very well of its boss. I have told a dozen people about that in the past 2 days. Also, because of that experience, I am having them estimate a much bigger awning job for me at my office. Kudos!

Their customer service needs a lot of work.After they didn't perform a job to the specifications of the customer, a series of issues followed.In the span of about a month, the lady at the front acted rude to one customer, telling her the reason they hadn't done the job the customer wanted was because the customer didn't explain stuff well enough.The lady at the front also told this customer to "go cry to her mommy," and that they wouldn't refund the money.In contacting the company head about this complaint, the only response I got was, "Who are you, the guy who came in with [the customer]?" I had to explain I wasn't "the guy," but I still never received any other word from them about the initial email.They are not accredited with the BBB, and with customer support like this, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
