I am an Art Director/ Graphic Designer, and worked with Abacus for almost 2 years for my company. Their service is fast, very good at details. The service feels close and personal; they are flexible to cater to your needs. I create and order all sorts of promo prints-- and numerous projects are rushed all at the same time sometimes (when preparing big annual events) and my rep at Abacus made my life easy breezy every time. I never have to feel anxious about Abacus delivering the products on time.(My representative Wendy Luk is my superstar!)Also, once in a while, the quality of promo materials may not meet your expectations, then they listen to complaints, take these reviews seriously and will make sure to give some kind of resolution or deal that will make up for the negative. I am happy for working with them and will continue to utilize their service as long as I am working in the Bay area.Thank you Pat and Wendy!
